Re- Appointment of Mr. Rajeev Kumar Asopa (DIN: 00001277) as a Director (Non- Executive Non Independent); 2. Re-appointment of Mr. Bipin Agarwal (DIN: 00001276) as Managing Director: the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Board of Director while considering the appointment of Mr. Asopa and Mr. Agarwal have verified that they are not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any order of SEBI or of any other authorities.
