Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended vide circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02 2019 regarding trading restriction period and in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons including Directors of the company and their immediate relatives will remain closed from immediate effect up to 48 hours after the disclosure of Un-audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2021.
