This is to certify that the paid-up equity capital of the Company is Rs. 3 68 12 620/- and the Net Worth of the Company is Rs. -1 281 078 369/- as on last day of the previous financial year i.e 31st March 2021 which does not exceeds the threshold limits as prescribed under regulation 15(2) of Chapter IV of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement ) Regulations 2015 i.e. Paid-up equity share capital not exceeding Rupees Ten Crores and Net worth not exceeding twenty five crores on the last day of the previous financial year i.e. 31st March 2021 . Therefore the provisions under regulation 18(1) and Regulation 19(1)/19(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with regulation 15(2) of Chapter IV of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 are not applicable on the Company.
