Resignation Letter dated March 31 2023 from Mr. Surendra Kumar Sharma (Membership No. F5737) from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. March 31 2023 due to personal reasons. The Board has accepted his resignation and has relieved him from the responsibilities w.e.f. March 31 2023.
