Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 18th Day of July 2017, at the Registered Office of the Company, inter-alia to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2017 along with the Statutory Auditors Limited review report thereon, and to approve the Notice Convening 38th Annual General Meeting & Boards Report for the financial year ended 31st March 2017.
