KG Denim Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. Trading Window for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives which remains closed since 01.04.2026 as notified vide our letter dated 28.03.2026 shall continue to remain closed till the 31st May 2026 in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015.Further the said notice is also posted on the Companys website in terms of Regulation 46.
