As informed earlier Mr. Anant Kanoi has resigned w.e.f October 16, 2017. However, his resignation letter was received by the Company on October 26, 2017. Due to which his resignation is taken to be effective from October 26, 2017, pursuant to the provisions of Companies Act, 2013. Please take note of.
