Nitco Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Pursuant to this, the Non-trading period (i.e. closure of trading window) for Insiders covered under Nitco Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading would commence from February 01, 2017 to February 16, 2017 i.e. till 48 hours after the results are made public after the Board Meeting.
