Appointment of Mr. Rajeev Kaul Co-Founder & Managing Director as Compliance Officer and Chief Investor Relations Officer under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.3. Dissolution of the IPO Committee of the Company with immediate effect upon completion of the activities for which the Committee was constituted and in view of the successful completion of the Initial Public Offer of the Company.
