With reference to our intimation dated June 11 2025 whereby we had informed the Exchange regarding the penalty of Rs. 1 50 000/- levied by NSE on account of alleged non-closure of open observations reported in the Action Taken Report submitted against the VAPT Report for FY 24-25 we wish to inform that NSE has withdrawn the penalty as the Company stands allocated to another Stock Exchange i.e. BSE.We request you to kindly take the same on record.
