Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Samkit Mehta, Chief Financial Officer has resigned w.e.f. October 01, 2016. Consequently, he has ceased to be the designated Key Managerial Personnel with effect from the above mentioned date.
