JD Orgochem Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors Meeting of the Company will be held on August 08, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 of the Company.
Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 read with Company?s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company for all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall remain closed from July 30, 2014 to August 11, 2014 (both days inclusive).
