1. Appointment of Mr. Ram N. Agarwal as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company with effect from February 16, 2015.
2. Appointment of Mr. Ram N. Agarwal as Occupier for Factories at Mysore (Karnataka) and Baddi (Himachal Pradesh) under the Factories Act, 1948.
