Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, has not recommended final dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2015-16. Interim Dividend declared and paid by the Company vide Board Resolution passed on March 19, 2016 inter alia @ 12% (Rs 1.2 per share) on the equity shares of the Company represents the dividend for the financial year 2015-16.
