Asian Electronics: Outcome of Board Meeting

Asian Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2013, has approved :

1. Resignation of Mr. Deepak Divan w.e.f. August 14, 2013.

Mr. Deepak Divan, has resigned from the post of Director of the Company with effect from August 14, 2013.

2. Resignation of Mr. Dhananjay Dumbre from the post of Asst. Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. August 14, 2013.

- Mr. Dhananjay Dumbre has resigned from the post of Asst. Company Secretary of the Company with effect from August 14, 2013. Pursuant to the said resignation Mr. Dhananjay Dumbre has also ceased to be the Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. August 14, 2013.
