This is to inform you that as per PCBLs Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations 2015 as amended the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 28th June 2019 to 23rd July 2019 (both days inclusive) for all Designated Employees of the Company and their Immediate Relatives in view of the forth - coming Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 19th July 2019 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June 2019.
