Notice of Second Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday September 13th 2023 at 12:00 P.M. at the registered office of the Company at Shop No.1 Rashmi Heights M.G.Road Kandivali (West) Mumbai - 400067. 3. To appoint a director in place of Mrs. Rashmi Modi (DIN: 02808164) who retires by rotation and being eligible offers herself for re-appointment.4. In any other matters the Board considered and recommended final dividend for financial year ended 31th March 2023 of Rs. 1.00 per equity share of Rs. 10 each subject to the approval of the Company.
