DOC:SEC/04/2021-22/04 dated June 16 2021 regarding inter alia convening of the Forty-third Annual General Meeting of the Company (AGM) on Wednesday August 18 2021 at 10:30 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means facility the Register of Members will remain closed from August 11 2021 to August 18 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the said AGM.
Copies of the Notice calling the AGM and Annual Report for the financial year 2020-21 being dispatched to the shareholders are attached herewith.
