The Board in its meeting held today i.e. July 17 2026 (commenced at 02:00 P.M. and concluded at 02:45 P.M.) has noted his resignation with effect from the closure of business hours of July 17 2026. The disclosure in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI master Circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026dated January 30 2026 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A. The copy of his resignation letter along with detailed reason of such resignation is enclosed as Annexure-B.This intimation will also be made available on the website of the Company at www.abcotspin.co.in.
