Please refer Notice dated 29 June 2019 informing you that in accordance with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for the shares of Polygenta Technologies Limited (the "Company) will remain closed from 1 July 2019 to 11 August 2019 (both days inclusive).

We hereby inform you that the last day of Trading Window Closure is further extended from 11 August 2019 to 14 August 2019 (inclusive).
