Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 we wish you to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee in its meeting held on July 23, 2018 approved grant of 2,35,000 (Two Lakh Thirty- Five Thousand Only) options to the eligible employees under the Companys Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2016.
