In compliance to Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 it is to inform that Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 30.06.2023 till 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter ending on 30th June 2023. The date of Board Meeting in which financial results would be considered shall be intimated in due course.
