Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12 2021 to consider :
1. Adoption of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30 2021.
2. To consider declaration of Interim dividend if any for the Financial Year 2021-22.
Further in continuation of the Companys letter dated June 30 2021 and March 30 2021 and in terms of the Dynacons Systems & Solutions Limited Code of Business Conduct and Code to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Person the trading window for insiders which is already closed with effect from March 30 2021 shall continue to remain closed till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the dissemination of the un-audited financial results of the Company (both days inclusive) for the quarter ended on June 30 2021.
