The Board of Directors have recommended a Final Dividend of 14% (Previous Year 14%) of the Equity Share Capital of the Company that is Rs. 1.4/- (Previous Year Rs. 1.4/-) per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended March 31 2023 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
