NXTDigital: Corrigendum To Letter Dated July 31 2020: Outcome Of The Board Meeting And Submission Of Financial Results.

We refer to letter dated July 31 2020 intimating about the Outcome for the Board Meeting held on Friday July 31 2020 (Letter).
We request you to kindly note that the time of conclusion of Board Meeting was 2.10 p.m. and not 6.30 p.m. as erroneously stated in the Letter. Accordingly we request you to kindly read the sentence appearing immediately after point number 4 in the Letter as follows:
The meeting commenced at 12 Noon and concluded at 2.10 p.m.
Due to COVID 19 and national lockdown situation in the country the signed Financial Results and signed Audit Report from all including the Statutory Auditors was received only at 6.25 p.m. Accordingly the filings and necessary disclosures with the Stock Exchanges could be completed thereafter.
We are enclosing the revised corrected Letter for your records and necessary dissemination.
