Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from 30th July 2019 to 5th August 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 5th August 2019 and determining the names of Members of the Company eligible for dividend.
