Further pursuant to BSE Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02 2019 and in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company and their relatives is already closed for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2019 from October 01 2019 till 48 hours from the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting. Accordingly the trading window of the company shall remain closed till November14 2019.
