Vakrangee: Board Meeting On July 31, 2017

Notice is hereby given that the meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Monday, July 31, 2017 at 11.00 am at the Registered office of the company, Vakrangee House, Plot No. 66, Marol Co-op Ind. Estate, off M.V. Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai- 400 059, to inter-alia consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017.

Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in Companys securities by the Designated persons shall remain closed till Wednesday, August 2, 2017.
