Its distinctive strength is a hybrid B2B–B2C model that combines wholesale distribution through distributors, dealers and retailers with direct sales via Shop-in-Shop counters, exclusive showrooms, online marketplaces and its own websites, while maintaining control over design, specifications and quality.
