Kheria Autocomp, incorporated in November 2009 with operating roots dating to the early 1990s, evolved from serving the white-goods sector into a Tier-II automotive supplier specializing in precision plastic injection moulding, sub-assemblies and tooling for passenger vehicles. Its core products include interior cabin trims, exterior plastic parts, under-hood components, HVAC ducts and lighting-related components for both internal-combustion and electric vehicles, supplied to Tier-I vendors that serve OEMs. The company’s expertise lies in high-precision injection moulding using 30 machines ranging from 120 to 1,700 tonnes, supported by more than 20 industrial robots, in-house process engineering and quality control at its Sanand, Gujarat facility within Tata Vendor Park. Its distinguishing strengths include proximity to major automotive and supplier clusters, long-standing relationships with Tier-I customers and OEM-linked programmes, and a sustainability orientation supported by a 636-kW rooftop solar plant and water-conservation infrastructure. Important customers and OEM-linked relationships include Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, MG Motor, Honda, Ford India, Mahindra & Mahindra and General Motors, although the company supplies primarily through Tier-I vendors.
