Ravita Engineering Services was incorporated in 2007 as Sayo Construction and, after a change of management in 2011, developed from general construction and services into a specialist electro-mechanical engineering provider, later adding offshore work and data-centre operations and maintenance. Its core business is turnkey engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning (EPIC), together with operations and maintenance (O&M), for HVAC, central air-conditioning, airflow, chiller plants, industrial compressors, cooling equipment, electrical systems and related mechanical utilities. Its three operating segments are onshore projects for industrial plants, commercial buildings and utilities; offshore HVAC and mechanical systems for oil-and-gas rigs, platforms and marine installations; and data-centre cooling and critical-facility services, including chillers, CRAH/CRAC equipment and cooling towers. Expertise includes system design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, automation and control, facility management and long-term maintenance; a notable strength is the ability to support assets through both project delivery and ongoing operations, including in demanding offshore and mission-critical data-centre environments. Important customers include oil-and-gas companies and offshore operators, data-centre owners, industrial and commercial facilities, infrastructure and utility projects, and public-sector organisations; the company has also undertaken work for a Reliance corporate IT park, offshore oil-and-gas operations and nuclear research facilities. Ravita engages clients through project-specific engineering, on-site technical teams, lifecycle maintenance and coordination with original equipment and third-party providers, emphasizing safe, reliable operation and uptime while addressing the complexity of integrating HVAC and electro-mechanical systems across varied environments.
