HD Fire Protect began in April 1990 as the partnership firm H.D. Fire Protect Co., incorporated as a private company in 1997 and has since grown from a manufacturer of imported-equipment alternatives into an integrated fire-protection systems supplier serving domestic and international markets. Its core business spans water-, foam- and gas-based fire suppression, with products including sprinklers and alarm valves, deluge valves and skids, pre-action systems, foam concentrates and discharge equipment, fire monitors, water-spray nozzles, system valves and custom-engineered firefighting packages. Its expertise covers product design, engineering, foundry work, machining, fabrication, assembly, testing and field support; an early milestone was securing UL Listing for deluge valves in 1996, followed by approvals including FM, CE, VdS and Lloyd’s Register across product ranges. The company’s distinctive strength is combining in-house product development and manufacturing with application engineering, hydraulic calculations, system design, installation and commissioning assistance, training and maintenance, enabling it to address both standard building protection and complex high-hazard facilities. Customers include EPC contractors, industrial and infrastructure operators, oil-and-gas and petrochemical companies, power producers, aerospace and pharmaceutical businesses, data centres, warehouses, commercial buildings and public-sector projects; its equipment has been supplied to more than 90 countries, with notable installations including the Jamnagar refinery, Samruddhi Mahamarg and Saudi Aramco’s Ras Tanura site.
