Its core business is designing, developing and manufacturing high-precision injection and blow moulds for pipe fittings and automotive components, complemented by integrated hot-runner systems that channel molten plastic into mould cavities and a growing portfolio of cleaning brushes, mops and related household items. The company operates seven manufacturing facilities across Vasai and Pune with substantial in-house toolroom capacity, enabling it to produce custom tooling and runner mechanisms that reduce plastic scrap and improve cycle efficiency for customers in building materials, plastics and polymers, automotive and industrial engineering. A distinguishing strength is this combination of precision mould engineering with forward integration into finished consumer goods, allowing Om Galaxy to leverage its moulding expertise across both industrial and retail channels while serving a primarily domestic customer base with a small export component to North America, Asia and Africa.
