Rays of Belief, incorporated in 2017 and operating commercially as Mom’s Belief, is a for-profit social enterprise focused on personalised developmental intervention for children with neurodevelopmental disorders; it began with its first centre in Gurugram in 2018 and has expanded from 71 centres in fiscal 2023 to 136 centres across 57 Indian cities and 20 states and union territories as of March 2026. Its core services cover early intervention, occupational, behavioural and language therapy, special education, parent guidance and family-support programmes for children aged roughly 18 months to 12 years with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, intellectual or learning disabilities and global developmental delays, supplemented by vocational and life-skills programmes for adolescents up to age 15. The company’s expertise lies in multidisciplinary, child-specific therapy planning and a centre-network model that combines clinician-led sessions with parent education, school-integration support, online consultations and home-therapy kits. Its differentiating strength is the ability to provide these services beyond major metros—particularly in Tier 2 cities—while using local centres operated with licensed professionals to expand access to specialist care. Its principal clients are children and their families rather than institutional customers, and its engagement philosophy centres on treating parents as active partners, providing practical guidance and continuous support to address fragmented access, social awareness and the long-term nature of developmental-care needs.
