The company operates an integrated model covering product design and procurement, refurbishment, servicing, reverse logistics and multi-cycle redeployment, supported by 20 warehouses, an omni-channel presence across its online platform and dozens of experience stores, and an average delivery turnaround of around 2.35 days. Its key strengths are its complex, hard-to-replicate supply chain and asset-management capabilities, high portfolio occupancy (about 83–84%) and strong repeat usage, which together enable efficient reuse of rental assets across multiple cycles. Rentomojo serves more than 250,000 live subscribers across 29 Indian cities, primarily young professionals, frequent movers and early-stage families, and its engagement approach emphasizes flexibility, convenience and total-cost advantage over ownership, addressing the challenges of transient urban living, unfurnished rental housing and the hassle of buying, moving and reselling home goods.
