Infrax Renewable, incorporated in September 2024 and headquartered in Rajkot, Gujarat, is an integrated solar-energy solutions provider that has rapidly scaled from rooftop EPC work into a multi-vertical business spanning residential and commercial solar installations, product distribution and independent power production. Its core activities are organized into three segments: end-to-end Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects; supply and distribution of solar products including PV modules, inverters and balance-of-system equipment; and IPP operations through its own solar plant in Gujarat under a power-purchase agreement with PGVCL. The company’s expertise lies in delivering turnkey solar solutions—covering design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and operation & maintenance—largely executed through a network of dealers and third-party contractors, and it has been empanelled as a national vendor under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. With more than 15,000 completed projects and over 120 MW of cumulative installations across Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, Infrax serves residential, commercial and industrial customers through an extensive dealer base rather than a few named anchor clients. Its operational approach emphasizes scalable, dealer-led execution and a diversified model that combines EPC, product supply and owned generation capacity, aiming to address access, cost and reliability challenges in distributed solar adoption while expanding its geographic and service footprint.
