LCC Projects, incorporated in December 2017 after evolving from the partnership firm Laxmi Construction Co. (founded in 2004), is a multidisciplinary engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company based in Ahmedabad that has developed from regional canal and distributary works into a pan-India water-infrastructure specialist with capabilities spanning dams, barrages, weirs, hydraulic structures, canals, pipe-distribution networks, lift-irrigation systems and multi-village water-supply schemes. Over time it has diversified beyond irrigation and water supply into metro-rail civil works, industrial buildings, mining development, road works and precast concrete manufacturing through its LCC NovaCast unit in Jaspur, Gujarat. Its core business remains end-to-end EPC delivery for complex water projects, supported by in-house engineering, project management and execution teams that handle design, procurement, construction and commissioning. A distinguishing strength is its track record with technically challenging hydraulic structures and large canal syphons across varied geotechnical and seismic conditions, combined with a growing multi-state footprint (12 states as of FY26) that reduces dependence on any single region. The company’s principal customers are central and state government departments and public-sector undertakings, which together account for the overwhelming majority of its revenue and order book.
