Swastika Infra traces its operating roots to 1969, when the promoter established Swastika Electricals & Fertilizers, and was incorporated as Swastika Infra Private Limited in August 2019 before becoming a public company in 2025. The business evolved from electrical-product trading and power-distribution work into a specialized engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor focused on end-to-end power-transmission and distribution infrastructure. Its primary activities include underground high- and low-voltage cabling, gas- and air-insulated substations, grid substations, transformers and associated equipment, rural and urban electrification, feeder separation, service connections, street lighting, renewable-energy infrastructure and the trading of power cables and other electrical products. Its expertise lies in turnkey project execution covering design coordination, procurement, supply, erection, installation, testing and commissioning, with capabilities extending across nine Indian states. Key customers are government utilities and public-sector electricity bodies, including WBSEDCL, MGVCL, APDCL, GED, HPSEBL, UHBVN, JVVNL, UPCL, AVVNL and MSEDCL. Swastika’s operational philosophy is to provide single-point responsibility for complex utility projects, combining field execution, coordination and compliance to help clients address electrification, grid-modernization, reliability, safety and energy-access challenges while adapting its solutions to regional infrastructure requirements.
